Objective: Help raise funds to maintain organization and help provide additional life skill services
- Grant Writing: identify appropriate grants and submit applications
- Events: plan and execute annual / semiannual events
- Donations: plan and execute continuous donation solicitation
- Marketing & Education: help maintain web presence; plan effective use of web marketing & social media; develop and post informational resources

Objective: Maintain financial well-being for Francis House
- Accounting: traditional bookkeeping / banking
- Asset management: furnishings procurement and disposition
- Government reporting: State, corporate and tax reporting; federal IRS filing
- Information technology & security: Manage IT and property security requirements

Objective: Assure compliance with all Local, State and Federal laws
- Non-profit corporation / Board compliance
- Fiscal responsibilities and reporting
- Local zoning and other ordinances
- Leasing and subleasing contracts with housing provider and members

Objective: Assist Managers provide smooth daily operations
- Operational procedure writing: Help prepare for Ohio Recovery Housing Audit
- Intake coordination: Work with referrals, applications, and initial testing
- Member’s Commitment Compliance: Sobriety testing; meeting attendance; treatment plans & recovery coaching; work schedule / chores; kitchen & bath asset management / supplies; procurement & stock availability

Objective: to help members grow in mind, body and spirit
- Job search and career coaching: resume writing, interviewing skills, etc.; local business networking to secure job openings
- Spiritual support: Help navigate spiritual journey; introduce community faith institutions: churches, synagogues, mosques, temples
- Meditation and yoga: secure instructors and schedule classes
- Local gym / fitness club: Organize introductions and arrange memberships
